September 01, 2007 the "Chynna Anne" dragged anchor and found it's keel wedged between rocks on Goddard Park Beach at low tide.
BaywatchRI responding to Harbormaster concerns on channel 16VHF were in the immediate area and were able to right the vessel
and bring it into a safe port before the water awashed the deck and the rising tide smashed it on the rocks.
Due to our location we are able to have vessels hoisted out to insure no further damage is incured.
